Returns

VALID FOR ALL ITEMS.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items not worn and in perfect condition can be returned for a change in size, color change or refund within 28 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. To request a return authorization, you must contact the order office at info@london-calling.it indicating the order number, the item (s) to be returned without indicating the reason and type of compensation desired. Once the e-mail has been received and the procedure has been completed, London Calling Roma will send a confirmation by e-mail containing the Returns Form and the instructions for the return of the item (s).

2. All costs for the return shipment will be charged to the Customer.

3. The return shipment must take place no later than 28 days from receipt of the order.

Two types of compensation are available:

1) Return voucher

As soon as the return is received and processed, a voucher for the total value of the returned item (s) will be sent to the customer's e-mail address, to be used for subsequent purchases.

The return voucher:

• it can be used only once within ninety (90) days from the date of issue, on pain of forfeiture.

• cannot be combined with any other Returned Vouchers.

• must be used for its entire value in an order of equivalent or greater value.

2) Refund

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the London Calling Rome warehouses after verification of the returned item (s).

For orders paid by credit card, the amount refunded will be available to customers in approximately fifteen (15) days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary depending on the banking system of the credit card used.

For orders paid with Paypal or Bank Transfer the amount will be returned to the original account.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be reimbursed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.

All items must be returned along with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, nor used as a single external packaging.

In the event that the Customer receives defective merchandise, or that errors occur in shipments by London Calling Rome, it is required to follow the same instructions as above.

London Calling Rome also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those that do not comply with all the established conditions.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance commerce applies.
