Instructions for requesting a return
You can return the purchased item (s) within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you by sending a request via email to: info@london-calling.it by entering the order number and the product you intend to return, then you we will send the Return confirmation via email and instructions for returning the item (s).
The items must be returned intact and in the same state in which they were received, with tags indicating the bar code and any other seal that is part of the product.
After receiving the return we will send you a COUPON that you can use to make another purchase on our site, while if you wish to receive a REFUND, the shipping costs incurred by us in the case of a purchase with free shipping will be deducted.
All costs for the return shipment will be charged to the customer.
LONDON CALLING also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading prevails.
